So, just realized We are trying to send in 3.3 pallets of products and Amazon is forcing us to pay placement fees - @amznsellerhelp this seems nuts but it seems like you are requiring every single item in a shipment to have at least 5 cartons? You can see my shipment below...

Always Check Your Images
This company is brand registered and this still managed to happen. Most likely this was caused by 1P sellers but potentially the recent change in “sharing” the listing might be the culprit.

Is a Tiktok Ban Coming?
Plenty has been written about the potential ban or forced divesture of tiktok, which has passed in the house (352 to 65) and now sits in the Senate.
The CCP has signaled they would let the app be shutdown before they allow it to be sold. There are currently massive lobbying efforts to prevent that from happening along with direct action from Tiktok in the app.
The bill faces more opposition in the senate. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, has not committed to bringing the bill up for a vote and then will likely face legal challenges in court.
Dollar Tree Shuts Down 1,000 Stores

Family Dollar to close 1,000 stores as lower income consumers spend less and the brand has been mismanaged with empty shelves and dirty stores.
Liquid Death Completes Funding Round

The canned water maker just raised $67MM in funding at a $1.4B valuation, showing that you really can make money selling anything. The beverage category continues to show strength.
Liquid Death has $263MM in retail sales.
Wal-Mart Still Growing
From Marketplace Pulse, Walmart has passed $100B in e-com sales and is now growing faster than Amazon (from a much smaller base) with over 100,000 3P sellers.
